Meet Corinne Jameson-Kuehl, RDH, BS

Corinne Jameson-Kuehl, RDH, BS has been involved in the business of dentistry for over 20 years. She is an experienced dental business owner with background experiences as a private practice clinician, practice development administrator, and previous dental staffing company founder and owner.

Corinne’s professional interests include writing articles and presenting continuing education to dental audiences across the nation. She is an editorial board member for Penn Well, the regional coordinator for the Oral Cancer Foundation, and was the 2016 recipient of the Sunstar-Butler Award of Distinction. Her professional memberships include ADA, ADHA, Seattle Study Club, AADOM, AADH. Along with Dental and Business education, Corinne holds numerous Human Resources certifications including DISC, Driving Forces, and Emotional Intelligence to better ensure employment success!

Meet Dr. Joseph Best, D.D.S., Ph.D. Biosketch

Dr. Best is a 1989 graduate of Marquette University School of Dentistry (MUSOD) and an adjunct associate professor at the dental school in the division of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He is the course director for the Medical Emergencies and Pharmacotherapeutics courses at MUSOD and lectures extensively in pharmacology, pain control, medicine, oral surgery, and implant dentistry both at the dental school and in regional CE programs.

Dr. Best received his Ph.D. in Pharmacology and a certificate in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. He is a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon and maintains a private practice with Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Associates of Waukesha in Waukesha, WI.

Meet Jill Meyer-Lippert, RDH

Jill Meyer-Lippert began her dental career as a Dental Assistant and Receptionist. This experience led her to achieve her Dental Hygiene degree from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College and continue her education at the University of Southern Indiana.

Jill provides communications and educational engagement services with Custom Dental Solutions including social media, newsletters, and our popular annual Course Crawl event where she is the Chair of the Educational Committee.

Jill is passionate about educating health care professionals and can be found speaking locally and nationally.? She belongs to the Triage Cancer Speakers Bureau, the RDH Advisory Board for the Oral Cancer Foundation. She provides communications and Educational engagement services and is the Custom Dental Solutions Community Relations Manager.

Jill has served patients in clinical Dental Hygiene for over 25 years. During her clinical career, she founded and continues to own a company called Side Effect Support LLC, which is dedicated to helping cancer survivors manage short-term oral side effects and long-term damage to oral health associated with oncology treatments. She belongs to the ADHA, and received the 2014 Sunstar/RDH Award of Distinction. She enjoys spending time with her husband Ty and enjoying all things Wisconsin.

Meet Jenny Wunn, RT

Jenny Wunn RT (R) has been in Radiology for over 20 years.  She started her career at Blackhawk Technical College in Janesville WI.From 2002-2018 Jenny worked at a Radiologic Technologist for the Dean/SSM Health system.  Within that time, she moved into the IT portion of Imaging, 5 years as a PACS Administrator and 5 years as an EPIC software analyst (EPIC is an EHR software).Starting in 2019 Jenny started with the State of WI Department of Health, Radiation Protection.  Providing our registrants with knowledge and help to keep Dental, Medical, Chiropractic, Veterinary and Industrial facilities practicing safe radiation.Jenny serves as one of the Board of Directors for HealthNet of Rock County for 7 years.  HealthNet of Rock County is a free and charitable Health, Dental and Behavioral clinic.  It has been my privilege to be apart of a health community bringing health in all aspects to our county.Jenny is excited to bring information to Dentists and their office within our great state of WI.  In her 4 years of inspecting, she has seen the need to clarify what code DHS 157 means in everyday terms and how you can implement at your office.On a personal note, Jenny enjoys time with her husband and 2 grown children, avid walker, Book club fun and a little traveling.

Meet Pamela Fischer, RT(R)(M) (ARRT), M.Ed.

Pamela Fischer, RT(R)(M) (ARRT), M.Ed., has been a Radiographer for 39 years. She received her education as a Radiologic Technologist at the UW Hospital and Clinics in Madison, WI; earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Advanced Radiologic Science/Mammography from Weber State University, Ogden, Utah; and earned her Master of Education degree from National Louis University, Chicago Il. She is currently a Radiation Safety Specialist for the State of WI - Department of Health Services which includes inspecting devices that produce ionizing radiation including, medical, dental, chiropractic, veterinary, podiatry, and industrial facilities as well as reviewing radiation policies to ensure staff and patient safety.

Pam believes education regarding radiation is one of the best ways to promote safety for staff and patients. She began her career in healthcare because of the desire to help others. Pam has worked in all aspects Diagnostic Radiography as well as an Applications Specialist for GE Medical Systems, Mammography, Radiation Therapy, CT, and Radiography Education.  This diversity has allowed her to expand her skillset working.

When not working Pam volunteers at her church and takes care of elderly friends and family members.  In her free time, Pam enjoys spending time with her family, especially her 4 grandchildren, sewing, and traveling.

Meet Lisa Bahr, RDH, BS, MEd.

Lisa Bahr, RDH, BS, MEd. has been a member of the dental community for over 30 years.  She began her dental hygiene career at Waukesha County Technical College, and received her advanced degrees in Science and Education from Carroll University. 

From 2014-2022 she served as director of the Dental Hygiene program at Waukesha County Technical College, Pewaukee, Wisconsin.

In 2021 Lisa along with 3 other dental hygiene educators founded JELL-ED. An organization for educators to come together to learn. 

Lisa is forward-thinking in her efforts to improve access to oral care for all Wisconsin residents. This passion shone brightly when she was the Clinic Coordinator of the Waukesha County Community Clinic, and when she was selected for the “Give Kids A Smile Community Leadership Development Institute Ambassador” for her dedication to her program “Give Kids a Smile”.  She also led the school-based sealant program in her area, along with serving as the director of the county’s Head Start dental screening program.  Lisa is active with leadership of the Lake Area Free Clinics dental initiative to bring dental care to underserved populations in Waukesha County. She is a CRDTS examiner, and also serves on the Wisconsin Dental Examining Board. She also speaks presenting educational methodologies to educators. 

As someone who has served as a delegate and trustee for the Wisconsin Dental Hygienist’s Association, Lisa’s enthusiasm for her profession is contagious.  In her free time, Lisa enjoys time with her husband and 3 children, CrossFit, scuba diving, and teaches yoga.

Previously she was a Director/Instructor of a Dental Assistant Program in Syracuse, NY for 10 years. In 2016, she was named Top 25 Women in Dentistry as a Dental Assistant by Dental Products Report magazine.

Jill Shue was educated at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where she studied English and Psychology. She has over 14 years of medical office operations and dental office management experience and knowledge to share with clients. Having gone through several transitions within the dental practice, she brings essential skills in supporting you through changes.

Jill believes that learning is never done there’s always room to grow. She is a Fellow and member of the American Association of Dental Office Managers (AADOM). Jill founded and manages Custom Dental Solutions’s quarterly Office Manager Roundtable for managers to network and grow professionally with others who have walked in their shoes a need greatly desired by dental office managers. Jill is also the Vice President of the Custom Dental Solutions PACE Board of Education and manages all attendee registrations for our annual Course Crawl.

Jill enjoys teaching administrative team members, practice managers, and owners long-term success in practice management, tracking practice metrics, and enhancing your team’s utilization of your software. This one-hour program reinforces a team approach to successful implementation and treatment of periodontal disease.  Connie provides a brief overview of setting the stage and grade for your periodontal patients and then takes a deeper dive into gaining case acceptance and successful outcomes of periodontal treatment.  She will accomplish this by sharing case presentation skills, promoting a calibrated team approach, and discussing different weapons we have to get our patients engaged in their journey to health.

Meet Connie Traynor, BAS, RDH

Connie Traynor, BAS, RDH is a 2003 graduate of the Fox Valley Technical College Dental Hygiene Program and a 2018 graduate of the University of Oshkosh in the Leadership and Organizational Studies Program.  Her clinical background has varied between private, specialty, and large group practice.  She began a supportive role as a Regional Hygiene Consultant with Midwest Dental in 2012.  With the acquisition into Smile Brands in 2020 her current role is as a Clinical Operational Support Specialist.  In this role she supports dental teams in over 35 offices.  As a primary member of the field support team she focuses on creating ethical, successful dental practices with a strong focus on clinical excellence.  She has been an active member of the Wisconsin Dental Hygiene Association – serving in various roles over the years and is a member of the Fox Valley Technical College Dental Advisory Board.

Meet Jill Meyer-Lippert, RDH

Jill Meyer-Lippert began her dental career as a Dental Assistant and Receptionist. This experience led her to achieve her Dental Hygiene degree from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College and continue her education at the University of Southern Indiana.

Jill provides communications and educational engagement services with Custom Dental Solutions including social media, newsletters, and our popular annual Course Crawl event where she is the Chair of the Educational Committee.

Jill is passionate about educating health care professionals and can be found speaking locally and nationally.? She belongs to the Triage Cancer Speakers Bureau, the RDH Advisory Board for the Oral Cancer Foundation. She provides communications and Educational engagement services and is the Custom Dental Solutions Community Relations Manager.

Jill has served patients in clinical Dental Hygiene for over 25 years. During her clinical career, she founded and continues to own a company called Side Effect Support LLC, which is dedicated to helping cancer survivors manage short-term oral side effects and long-term damage to oral health associated with oncology treatments. She belongs to the ADHA, and received the 2014 Sunstar/RDH Award of Distinction. She enjoys spending time with her husband Ty and enjoying all things Wisconsin.

Meet Jill Shue

Jill Shue was educated at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where she studied English and Psychology. She has over 14 years of medical office operations and dental office management experience and knowledge to share with clients. Having gone through several transitions within the dental practice, she brings essential skills in supporting you through changes.

Jill believes that learning is never done there’s always room to grow. She is a Fellow and member of the American Association of Dental Office Managers (AADOM). Jill founded and manages Custom Dental Solutions’s quarterly Office Manager Roundtable for managers to network and grow professionally with others who have walked in their shoes a need greatly desired by dental office managers. Jill is also the Vice President of the Custom Dental Solutions PACE Board of Education and manages all attendee registrations for our annual Course Crawl.

Jill enjoys teaching administrative team members, practice managers, and owners long-term success in practice management, tracking practice metrics, and enhancing your team’s utilization of your software. Through unique and hands-on training, she guides teams through maximizing correct insurance coding, efficient insurance processing, and effective billing techniques to increase your bottom line while improving the patient experience.

Meet Julie Varney

Julie Varney, CDA,RDA,COA, FAADOM, CDSO, CDSH is an active Dental Assistant from Syracuse, NY. With over 25 years of dental assisting experience, Julie has many facets of the profession that she is experienced in. Julie is often focusing on unlocking hidden potential, while delivering positive change to Dental Assistants and their doctors chairside.  Inspiring while relating, engaging and educating dental assistant teams with simple solutions today for powerful results tomorrow in the areas of efficiency, organization and infection control/osha. 

​Julie earned her CDA, RDA from Hudson Valley Community College and BA in Organizational Management at Keuka College. Previously she was a Director/Instructor of a Dental Assistant Program in Syracuse, NY for 10 years. In 2016, she was named Top 25 Women in Dentistry as a Dental Assistant by Dental Products Report magazine.

Julie’s goal is to mentor dental assistants on how to survive and thrive chairside for career longevity. By momentum shifting the assistant’s focus on what they do best with what they have, instead of what they don’t have and they don’t do well. 

Julie non-conventional method of mentoring is creating fun, engaging and educating lectures or coaching based on each dental assistant’s learning style (based on the VARK Model).

This one hour program reinforces a team approach to successful implementation and treatment of periodontal disease. Connie provides a brief overview of setting the stage and grade for your periodontal patients, and then takes deeper dive into gaining case acceptance and successful outcomesof periodontal treatment. She will accomplish this by sharing case presentation skills, promoting a calibrated team approach, and discussing different weapons we have to get our patients’ engaged intheir journey to health.

Meet Connie Traynor, BAS, RDH

Connie Traynor, BAS, RDH is a 2003 graduate of the Fox Valley Technical College Dental Hygiene Program and a 2018 graduate of the University of Oshkosh in the Leadership and Organizational Studies Program.  Her clinical background has varied between private, specialty, and large group practice.  She began a supportive role as a Regional Hygiene Consultant with Midwest Dental in 2012.  With the acquisition into Smile Brands in 2020 her current role is as a Clinical Operational Support Specialist.  In this role she supports dental teams in over 35 offices.  As a primary member of the field support team she focuses on creating ethical, successful dental practices with a strong focus on clinical excellence.  She has been an active member of the Wisconsin Dental Hygiene Association – serving in various roles over the years and is a member of the Fox Valley Technical College Dental Advisory Board.

Meet Dr. Joseph Best, D.D.S., Ph.D. Biosketch

Dr. Best is a 1989 graduate of Marquette University School of Dentistry (MUSOD) and an adjunct associate professor at the dental school in the division of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He is the course director for the Medical Emergencies and Pharmacotherapeutics courses at MUSOD and lectures extensively in pharmacology, pain control, medicine, oral surgery, and implant dentistry both at the dental school and in regional CE programs.

Dr. Best received his Ph.D. in Pharmacology and a certificate in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry.? He is a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon and maintains a private practice with Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Associates of Waukesha in Waukesha, WI.
